What is ergonomics?
Ergonomics is the science of studying people at work. The goal of ergonomics is to decrease repetitive tasks at work that cause discomfort, pain, or injuries and increase morale and productivity. Julie accomplishies this with her background in Kinesiology and Ergonomics, teaching workers about proper posture and body mechanics and making sure the worker has the appropriate tools for the job and interfaces with the tools correctly.
